How It Became A Tasteless Kiss

This is a story of infidelity.

I have come across customers who I became an instant confidante to after a few short chats. Earlier today, I discovered another little story of a marriage that is nothing like a fairytale. This girl first came to my place, giving me the impression that she has one of the good marriages which are Very Rare. She told me she quit her job because her husband permits her to do so after she gave birth to the third child. That means, the husband is financially stable. Mind you, this girl is still young and she has a body shape of a single lady and she acts and talks like a teenager who can attract a lot of other male creature out there. It’s so easy to envy her. After months, she came again to my place and talked about celebrating anniversary with the most jovial face. “Here’ s one lucky creature here”, I said to myself. A few weeks ago, she came again. This time, finally with the husband and the youngest baby. I looked at her husband and found out what a good looking man he is. Noone could have guessed that he is actually married and a father of 3. Maybe they are just one of the couples who got married in the young age. Lucky them to have survived 8 years of marriage, with 3 kids and with both still looking very attractive.

Just now, finally the girl opened up to me. She told me that actually her marriage was almost wrecked. I didn’t believe it at first. She said that her husband was always the playboy type. And STILL a playboy after 3 kids!!! And this isn’t just the tame kind of playboy who knows how to keep his extramarital affairs safe, in fact his activities are known to almost everyone, including the families and friends, but the wife refused to listen to them because she had tried so hard to believe that he has changed. And the worst incident happened only last March. After listening many times about her husband’s “wild life” with different girls, finally she received a call my one of her husband’s exes :

“Do you want to watch free show?”

Then the wife listened carefully because she was curious to know. The ex-girl told the wife exactly the name of the hotel and room number where the husband was spending time with another girl. The wife rushed and drove to the hotel (a 3 star hotel in KK) and she stood right on the door and knocked the door like a mad cow. The door was not opened until an hour later. The husband opened the hotel door and the wife punched his face with all her power. She screamed and shouted to him, “So is this the lady that you’re currently screwing behind me back???” She saw the lady sitting at the corner of the bed and she went to get her hit her, “You bitchhhhh!!!!!” . The other girl screamed for help. She managed to pull the wife’s long hair and scratched her face and it almost hit her eyes. The husband immediately helped the other lady by snatching his wife’s both hands and squeezed it so that she stopped moving while the other girl pull her long hair which hurt her so much. My jaw dropped in disbelief. She told me,

“Imagine. I am the wife and my own husband helped the other girl to hurt me. Imagine what I feel after what happened.” I was like, “Omigawdddddddd…it was soo badddd. I could not imagine to be in your shoes. My goodness. I feel so sorry that all this happened to you.”

“When we are out there, we look like a very normal happy couple. Only we know the truth. After that incident, I don’t feel Love for him anymore. I don’t know why am I still here in this marriage. He doesn’t want to divorce me because he said that he still wants to be with me. My only strength is his mom and the kids. If it wouldn’t for them, I have nothing else left in this marriage.”

“I told my husband. I have no more feelings for him. When I kiss him, the kiss doesn’t feel ANYTHING anymore. It has no taste, no emotion, no nothing. It was never like before. From there I can surely tell, my feelings for this man is OVER.”

I felt so sad inside. I would rather envy her and her good marriage. I would rather suffer from jealousy to learn about their happiness and their blessings. When she finally revealed to me the story of her marriage, it confirms to me again that Every Marriage has A Story and Fairytales don’t exist in real marriages.

Another one is adding to the list of The Unhappy Wife Who Stays In A Loveless Marriage For Children’s Sake. The question is – Can The Power Of Love Turn A Tasteless Kiss Into A Tasteful One, Once Again?

I salute all the ladies who have gone through this ordeal and still standing strong. People like you will give the rest of the ladies A Hope that this Pain is whether gonna kill you or gonna make you stronger :)
