Who Deserves That Loyalty?

Everyone knows that this life is anything but a fairytale.  We are not a bunch of Princes Charming and His Cinderella. Cos if we are, these Prince Charmings will put his Cinderella at his castle, lavish her with love and necessity, treat her well – Happily ever after.  Is this the case in today’s world? How are you treating your woman, men? Do you remember her sacrifices for you? How many times she swallowed her pride and ego just so she can give way to yours and so you can always be the one who wear the pants? Do you even notice how she’s waiting for you all the time when you are busy out there counting every attractive female your eyes can catch? Do you even care how she counts every minutes from the last SMS you sent her and how many times she goes through your old text when you busy with your activities that don’t even have anything to do with her? This is the same woman whose hope built around your promises. Your promises that you’ll be the one for her. Promises that she expects you to honour, and she has already started playing her part since the first day you said it. And renews it everytime you repeat them, that she can even remember the tone of your voice and the words that you use to speak them.

There are a lot of mistreated women in this world. The one who mistreated them, is none other than the man they love the most. It could be the father to their kids, the so-called future husband, the once dubbed the most romantic boyfriend, or any other name that they thought you deserved to be called. Even how many times you treat  her bad, you break  her hearts, how many nites she wets her pillow with the tears that you caused her, SHE IS STILL THERE. Do you know how many women out there who are standing by their man’s side, are actually getting  a poor treatment from their man?

You can list the reasons why she’s not perfect. You can say that she might not be the most well-dressed lady you know, you might not like her hair as much as you like the hair of one of your officemates, maybe she is too talkative, maybe she demands your time more than your normal friends, maybe she makes you feel guilty all the times when you cannot comply with her small silly requests, oh heck, you can list a book-long if you want. So do you think you are that perfect yourself? Do you know that she will take a day off just so she can spend time with you when you are busy complaining when she requests to get a bit of your time after work? Do you know  that she hates your bad temper and jealousy, oh she hates it so much, but she still looks at you as if you are the best guy that she has ever met in her life? Oh, do you think you think she likes your hair that much? She might not, but do you think she cares to even put it in her list? She doesn’t. She will tolerate that, and even more from you! THIS IS ABOUT A WOMAN AND HER LOYALTY.

A woman, with the weight of the world on her shoulder, dedicates her life to her man. She doesn’t want him to be perfect, but she still wants to love him anyway, Love him as perfectly as she could. And what you men do? You men are busy getting consumed by wordly temptations. It doesn’t need much to make you turn your back on “this angel” who cares for you, instead you are busy collecting points to love her less – Suddenly you can even go against your God by dishonouring the spouse and breaking all your promises to her, sthing which supposed to be honoured by someone who claims to have faith in God. To all the men who are mistreating their ladies, this is for you.

A Man Who Loves His God, Will Also Love His Woman. So do not claim that you are a man of God, when you can’t even treat your woman right. This is a slap of reality to all the men who think they can appear really strong and holy just by having faith on the lips and not on the actions. YOUR LADY DESERVES BETTER THAN THIS. Fix your ways, men. Go back “home”, there’s a woman who’s waiting for you. TREAT HER RIGHT. Be Deserving Of Her Loyalty.

1  Peter 3:7

In the same way, you husbands must give honor to your wives. Treat your wife with understanding as you live together. She may be weaker than you are, but she is your equal partner in God's gift of new life. Treat her as you should so your prayers will not be hindered.

What If YOU are That Gift?

I’m sure you do admit that you have some talents that your friends don’t have. Don’t you ever wonder why do you have those talents? Don’t you think they are given to you for a purpose? Or you think you since you don’t ask for it, you don’t necessarilly need to use it?

It just crossed my mind. There were times when I was put in a situation where I helped people with just listening to them and gave some piece of mind on how to solve their problems. They actually listened to me and applied it, and the next time they came to thank me. Now I remember again how I saved my aunt from wanting to commit suicide because she thought her hubby (my uncle) was cheating on her. And how I helped a customer from getting in a big mess after she fought with her housemate, and I said to her, “GO BACK AND SAY SORRY TO HER” and she did. She didn’t have to move out from the house at all!  All her problems solved just by doing what I suggested. I also remember, how I was there to cheer up a guy who got dumped by her gf of 5 years and he almost could not face life. And there I was. Knowing that it won’t hurt for me to just cheer him up, I did and he moved on pretty easily and finally got his confidence back. Tho the ending was not so good because I almost victimized myself for being the substitute when I didn’t intend to go that far, but at least he managed to rationalized with his breakup and managed to approach a new relationship that is still going on well until now. I’m sure u guys have ur own story too. Can’t u see it that this is about life, how we cross each other’s path, most of them we just drop by and create some memories, before we continue with the journey. Of course we can’t stay for long. WE ALL HAVE A MISSION IN EVERY STATIONS.  There will eventually come a time when we will finally stay at this particular station, a station we belong to be. I was wondering, maybe this is what they say by becoming “the instrument of God’”, that you come into someone’s life helping them with their situation, some you even help to change their lives to better!

Of course when you think about it, you’ll feel that you can be in a pitiful situation to be “used” for their own benefit, sometimes what you get back is nothing but hurt because not everyone appreciates what you do. We are only humans right. We are not a guardian angel where we are there only when we are needed and then forgotten until they get in trouble again. But I’m sure…sweet things are waiting for us. Especially when we accept the fact that we are just fulfilling our missions on Earth, to be there for one another. Not everyone will appreciate us, YES true. But don’t forget WHO SEND US? It’s Him :) Our rewards don’t come from humans, our rewards come from Him for He is so loving and so generous . The more good things you do, the better. Having a God like Him, you know that you’ll get rewarded even without asking for it. When you are busy asking people, “What are your gifts”, you just never know one day one of them will answer, “YOU”. You won’t always come as a helper, but You are actually a gift from God to someone special, and this someone special will be a reward God gives you, that all kinds of appreciation and love that you deserve to get will be flowed through the person. In the mean time, just be patient when not everyone will see “the gift in you” but keep doing good things. You’ll leave a mark in people’s life as you complete your missions. Remember, despite all your gifts, YOU ARE THAT GIFT ITSELF. God bless. :)

"I Won't Give Up"

Another bathroom singing from me! Hahaha. I've been wanting to sing this song since the early year but the song kinda hard to learn so I sort of "gave up" on it. Hahaha. And guess what. I came across it again and decided to give it a try and viola! This time it will go up to the blog no matter what. Cos I like the message of the song to actually NOT GIVE UP. Remember from my latest voice post? I keep saying, Don't ever ever give up! Actually I have this song in my mind as I was saying that. Hehe. Now feel free to get inspired all over again. LOLS. Do Nott...I repeat, Do Nott Givee Uppppp! :))

God Bless Us All!

Let It Go And Let God In!

I'm sharing with you guys this nice simple article I found just now. To those who are in a difficult situation, THIS CAN SURELY HELP.

___________________________________________

If you are anxious, tense, or concerned about anything in your life, dear friend, begin now to relax, let go, and let God fill your need.
No matter what seems to be missing from your life—be it a much-loved person, a special place, an activity of great value, or a feeling of well-being—know that God is right now filling your need.
Take a deep breath. Release it slowly, telling yourself quietly: I let go. I let God fill my need. Accept the reality that God's wisdom is ever present and available, ready to fill you with new understanding, light, and life. Let God fill every void, every emptiness that seems to separate you from the desires of your heart. Let go! Let God fill your need!
God's light and substance and divine activity will move in and through you as you let go. God's creative process is awaiting your acceptance of its productive, healing action. Let your thoughts be lifted up. Let the presence of God dissolve your fears and doubts and remove every unbelief. Let go and let God within you do the work.
Begin now to relax from the strain and effort of questioning, planning, and reasoning. Take a few moments throughout the day to calm your thinking and place all your attention upon the words: I let go. I let God fill my need.
Immediately, you will experience visible and tangible benefits, inside and out. You will feel renewed strength and faith and courage. Your prayers will be more effective, and your understanding of the presence of God within you will be clearer. You will find that God's love takes care of what you cannot accomplish. As you let go, God will freely and abundantly fill every need.
God always provides knowledge, guidance, understanding, faith, healing, supply, or anything else you need. Whatever your life experience appears to be, you have—at this very moment—an opportunity to let go of your personal striving and let God move in you and through you to fill your every need.
During the most critical point in the life of Jesus, when the minds and hearts of His disciples seemed totally depleted of courage and faith, their needs were filled. As the disciples viewed the amazing example of Jesus' quiet surrender, they learned of the miracle-working power of letting go and letting God. Their eyes and minds and hearts were opened to the message of abundant life, eternal life, and love for all humanity.
God's love and goodness will always fill every need in your circumstances, every hunger of your heart, every longing of your soul for peace and assurance, and every good desire for the expression of eternal life and well-being.
Although it may sometimes seem you are separated from that which has been your greatest avenue of comfort, security, or supply, remember: God always fills your need. No matter how great the gulf seems between you and the solution to your deepest desire, you can trust God. Tell yourself again and again, as often as you need to do so: I let go. I let God fill my need.
Let go. Let God fill your need. God never leaves a void. God will never desert you or forsake you. God's presence of love and wisdom is ever nurturing your soul in its gradual unfoldment of spiritual potential. God's power is ever at work within every circumstance. As you let go and trust God, everything is transformed—yes, everything—into a blessing. God continuously makes dark places light, rough places smooth, crooked places straight, and empty places full—full of loving-kindness and abundance of joy.
Let go. Let God fill your need. Let the creative process of God begin now to fill every point in your life that needs the touch of divine love and healing power. God is ready to do what you cannot do by yourself.

Is Everything Parts Of God’s Plan?

Some of you would answer YES. Right?

U don’t say that when you got bullied at school, u turned rebellious, u turned to gangsters for help to protect yourself, which then involved you in more crimes, like drugs, like robbery, then you quit school just because you decided it was not the place for you – you then became a full-time gangster because it makes u feel strong. Then you learn how it can earn u easy money, u then turned to brothel and prostitution business, involved in killing some bad guys, risked yourself getting killed, and finally, life takes its toll on you, you find yourself finding ur way back to righteousness. You want to change. Mess after mess, you start to get back the fruit of your choice – U suffer from the outcome. One day you stand at the front of your other fellow Christians who are waiting for your testimony, would u say everything happened to you was according to God’s plan?

I beg to differ.  Just giving opinion as a layman, I would say NO.Since when that God teaches us to do all the things that the guy has been doing? Maybe how he got bullied at school was not his fault, but it’s his choice to choose how to react to it. God gives us the ability to CHOOSE! Of all the good things he could end up doing, he chose to be bad. Maybe he has reasons that are not known by others, maybe he faced some broken family problem, STILL, he could end up becoming a good man instead of complicating his life.

Maybe you have your own opinion that Yes, God runs every moments of our lives. And doesn’t matter what my argument is, My logic with God’s Logic are not the same. That I accept. But still, there are Bible verses that say it clearly that His plans will be laid upon those who TRUST IN HIM, who seek the truth in Him. As we know, we can fall into sins, we can even turn our back on Him anytime. And does God want us to sin? Of course He doesn’t. Most of the time, it’s our full will and consent that we do what we did. In a split second decision, we can decide to not go to church and go to shop instead. Maybe because we are lazy, or we are having doubts in faith, you name it. It’s so unfair that we think God already set out all the dull things we do in life when it’s only a matter of choice that we do what’s right.

One day we can ask for God’s direction in our lives, and He sent us wisdom and signs. Yes, God does that. But from there, you can anytime ignore His presence and get lost again. This world is just full of sins and temptations, it's just so easy to get drifted. God can be sitting just beside you and you don’t even care. So don’t go around telling people that all the mess in ur life now IS GOD’S PLAN, when it’s not. When you cheat your partner, it’s not God’s fault. When your lust is bigger than your brain, it’s not God’s fault, when you count your misery instead of your gifts, that’s certainly is not God’s fault. He can have the loveliest plan in your life, but are you following His way? If you don’t, How can that plan be revealed to you? Just like the non-believers.  You do dare to say that for them to be nonbelievers and refuse to accept God is also part of His plan? When you say No to those who show you the right way, what about that?

So I want to tell u my dear friends, WE HAVE A SAY in what’s gonna happen next. It’s all a choice. Following God’s will ISN’T EASY. To stay faithful isn’t easy. So it’s not a surprise that not many have it. So when you do something really wrong in your life and still go around and talk as if you are the holy man just because you believe that everything bad you do has happened with God’s permission, while it’s your greed and human flesh that rule you, instead of God.

Good News: God is ever forgiving, He will receive us back. And He can use our current situation, no matter how bad it is, to work in a manner that will contribute to something good our lives. Nothing is impossible to Him, you believers know that!! Question is, how long and how are you are gonna lead that route? U have to turn back and make things right. God’s mercy is for all. Alleluia.

When 2 Prayers Collide

I just have this thought in my head. For those who believe in God, I’m sure you also believe that your prayers are heard and answered.

What if, in the occasion of two people, who are having the same ordeal in their lives, are actually praying for different outcome?

One person prays that they can find a way to work it out, and the other person actually has given up and prays to God that he can immediately pass that ordeal and move on?

They are both believers. God loves them equally. Both have reasons why they ask for what they asked and both only want the best for themselves and thought that it’s also the best for everyone. Just that, both don’t seem to think alike. They both want the outcome to be different from what each other wants.

Not that I try to put myself in God’s shoes, trying to think how would He decide on things. But lets just put it this way. God will grant the prayer of the one who has the best of intention, free from selfishness…

At the end of the day, God knows what is the best for us.

May He give guidance and assistance to those who need. Devil is not that powerful but it can do a lot to mislead people. May God guide us, Amen.

Does God Love You More Than He Loves Me?

Being a Christian in the early age, I have walked a journey of ups and downs in my religious life. I have experienced my downfall, getting lost and found my way back. Those who are still new in Christianity might not experienced that journey yet. They might not know that you can fall from A to Z, just by giving in to your worldly cares.

I know that life can be tough, that sometimes we can even lose it. One day I can be surrounded by the blessings that I acknowledge, the next thing I can be tested with the the biggest trials in my life. We just never know.

I have friends who are still beginners, who have just started to learn, and they found that faith which is the key. Although they are new, never one time that I try to compare myself to them, not to mention judge them on the relevance of their beliefs and ways of worship. The beginning of it might look so overwhelming that you can feel like standing on top of the world, but you cannot brag and boast about your faith, to the extent that you think you are more blessed, you are more loved and your prayers are more heard. Suddenly you think you can even read God's mind about who He loves more. Gosh. Why do this?

On the knowledge that Christ wants us to love one another, I believe that such way of comparing faith doesn't go along with that teaching. Moreover, some might not know how tough can it be in the battle of keeping that faith alive, and talking too much of faith but does not translate it into values and principles in the way of life, it could almost be referred as Empty faith.Speaking of faith is easy but living it is not that simple.  So fixing ur inner self is your first job, instead of bz judging others. If I would do that, I can start saying that I have begun praying to this God many years earlier than you, so can I brag that God must have loved me more.

Or I can say that I never did all the sins you did in the past, why don't I use that to say, Oh, God must have loved me because I have resisted temptations,  while you were busy committing all the sins? See that? I can find countless of reasons to bring another believer down by comparing things. But still why would I do that? If I ever do that, I'll be very ashamed to look at myself in the mirror, when I keep bragging about faith but I can't even fix my ways of life.

Don't just tell, but LIVE IT. Show people that you are your faith by the way you live. Why not be humble about your faith. It's God's job to know who He loves, He is to know what good deeds we do. And as far as I know, God loves us all. We are not qualified to judge one another. Thanks.

Go live the faith, not just say it. God bless :))

Wordless Prayer, Speechless Faith

I give you an example. Lets say it has been a few times when you made a mistake on ur work, and prayed so hard to God so that the luck would be on your side, or else you’d risk your job. Yeah, thankfully, God answered your prayer. Alleluia. Your job was safe.

Then it happened again. Again, you grabbed your prayer book, prayed so hard. You could almost remember your sentences from the last time, asking for pity for God to save your job again. You asked for mercy from God, admitting all your faults and carelessness. You humbly knelt before God and read out your request. With all the faith there was, with His power and might, again, He answered your prayer. Alleluia. Your job was safe again. You said your thankfulness in many words.

Then after a while, out of no where, not knowing where went wrong, again, you made another mistake! Whoa! You became numb. This time, you have less fear in your heart and you could not explain why. No more cold feet or panic attack. You just went really cool about it. Of course you occasionally have moments of regrets why it could happen again. And you found yourself kneeling at the church, with your praying hands. You were about to say some request to God, and almost the same sentences again.

BUT…

You did not. You paused and said “God….I don’t know what to pray for now. I’m lost for words. I keep having this problem and I feel like I’m repeating the same prayers in just a few months. God, you know my heart is in trouble, you know I need a solution, but I suddenly feel that it’s unfair that I keep asking for your help, and you always there to help; but then, How long will I keep saying the same request?”

Suddenly you realized something. You could ask for God’s help as many times as you want, but you will keep screwing up the same old things because you just didn’t do enough effort to improve yourself, and you realize YOU are the cause of your problems. It’s because you are not GRATEFUL enuff for your job, you are always careless and ignorant, thinking that FAITH is all you need, that if anything go wrong, your FAITH alone will help you to clean the mess that you make.

Suddenly with that, you know that God’s help comes in the form of wisdom. This time, you speak to yourself, If you just never learn from the past, that if it’s what it takes for you to learn a big lesson, if you have to lose your job this time, you know it’s what you deserve out of your ungratefulness. God will not help you keep your job if you don’t make use of all your capabilities and chances He’s been giving you. And your dream doesn’t just happen with prayers. It must come with works and efforts. Or else, it’s like trying to manipulate the word Faith for your own benefit.

Note: If your faith doesn’t translate into good values, principles, then stop bragging about having a faith as big as a mountain.

James begins this section by using the example of someone who says he has faith but has no works, "What use is it, my brethren, if a man says he has faith, but he has no works? Can that faith save him?" (James 2:14). In other words, James is addressing the issue of a dead faith; that is nothing more than a verbal pronouncement. It is empty of life and action. He begins with the negative and demonstrates what an empty faith is (verses 15-17, words without actions). Then he shows that that type of faith isn't much different from the faith of demons (verse 19). Finally, he gives examples of living faith that is words followed by actions. He writes of Abraham and Rahab as examples of people who demonstrated their faith by their deeds.
